The challenge was to sustain the Panasonic Toughbook and Toughpad ranges’ market-leading position in the face of aggressive pricing and product evolution by the competition.
Cultural differences and language barriers had impeded communication in the past, but our campaign of simple, universal images added a more human, emotional element that stood out in the marketplace, and massively boosted awareness and recall rates.
Using the Oliver Group’s global reach and Transcreation team, we rolled out the campaign in 15 European languages, and assisted Panasonic’s regional offices in implementing and monitoring the work.
The important result? We have been retained to create another two campaigns over the next 6 months.
